No, I can't found 4.0.7, only 4.0.2 is available to download.

When using gcc, you need to have gcc >= 4.6.x. You have only 4.1.2,
aborting.
[root@nrcpb_hpc12 mira-4.0.2]# gcc -v
[…]
gcc version 4.8.1 (GCC)


This might be in part because of your “sudo”, the root environment may
have a different PATH environment than your user environment.

BTW, I recommend you take the latest development version (4.0.7) instead
of 4.0.2.
