It turns out she's switching cable providers today and so we're going to start from square 1 with the new service and ask their IP guy. :) I verified the router's address and, in the DHCP setting of Advance network settings, I reconfigured airport to use that IP address, 192.168.0.1. Still didn't work. Tried a few others, 0.1, 0.5, 0.3, etc. no joy.
