[macvoiceover] Re: downloading Braille Files from IRS

Actually, these don't even need stuffit expander so I take back my comment about accessibility. They will open with stuffit expander. they also open with 'unzip" in terminal. They are therefore accessible also in linux because 'unzip" will open the directory despite the .exe extension.
