[macvoiceover] downloading Braille Files from IRS

Because of a training I have to do, I found the following page for Braille Forms.

Problem is, eac h of those files has a .exe extension. So, how do I extract the files using the Mac? Will Stuffit Expander work, or will I have to transfer these to my Windows computer at home?
there are also Braille publications, and "talking forms" which I will check out later.
Any help on how to handle these downloaded files is greatly appreciated, because I want to make the most out of my training.
