[macvoiceover] Re: downloading Braille Files from IRS

This kind of "accessibility" really burns me up!! How much harder would it have been to provide this in a truly accessible download format? I'm glad stuffit works with these; am sending this url to one of my blind linux lists to see whether it's accessible for them in some way.
