You could do this, but you'd have to transfer the document to an external
drive or attach it to an email and open it when you open the Mac.  At least,
I'm pretty sure this would be the easiest way.  Although, the truth is, if
you're working on a doc in Windows, you might not have much reason to open
it when you're using the Mac OS.
