Hi all. OK, I was able to change the position of my Option and Command keys
on my Windows Keyboard in the Mac Preferences Keyboard and Mouse section.
Thank you David P and others. I still can't get the Mac to recognize the
Applications key as a key, so I don't have the Option key on the right hand
side of the keyboard, but this is progress anyway.

Thanks for all your help.

Neal

Hi, my keyboard has extra controls above the function keys and two of them
operate the volume. But, alas, there is no eject key. I can work around
this, however.

I'm going to try to map the keyboard a bit later and see if I can change the
position of the command and option keys so they are close together as they
are on the Mac keyboard.

I use a standard Windows keyboard all the time on one of my machines.
The only thing I can't do with it is Volume Up or Down, and Eject;
otherwise, all other functions work well. Richie Gardenhire, anchorage,
