[macvoiceover] Where do I change Safari Preferences

I know, it's really a dumb question, but I have looked through all the menus
and I can not figure out where to set preferences. When I read the Help
file, it said something very unhelpful like select Mac Preferences. Had it
only told me how to do this, I wouldn't have to bother you all.
