The only thing that will work on it would be realplayer since you only have a choice of realplayer and windows media player. Windows media for the mac does not support the necessary drm, like he was already told. The only other protected content they used to support was real media. If they don't support that now then he should check for quicktime or Itunes. If either of those aren't supported then their content can't be played on the Mac, except through Windows on the Mac.
