Hi David, Keith, and Marcy,

Thanks to all of you for this helpful info.  I have downloaded the manual,
and been to the Icanworkthis.com site.  It's great to have all these
wonderful resources.  I'm sure that at some point I'll be one of those
annoying ex-Windows users who goes on a rant, but hopefully with all these
tools, I can keep that down to a minimum. *smile*

Very cool about the $10 upgrade.  It's really nice to know that if I buy my
Mack within the next couple of weeks, I won't be looking at shelling out
another $100 in 2 months.

Yeah, Marcy, the MacBook is the one for me!  Haven't quite figured out the
configuration yet, but I like speed, so am thinking about getting it with
the virtual drive.
