Hi,
I haven't been sent a message on FaceBook so I haven't been able to
try to reply. While I have had a FB account for a while, I pretty
well ignored it so yesterday was my first real attempt to do anything
terribly interesting. It's the nature of being a research bum -
deadlines can be insane especially if one only knows about a quarter
of the material before diving in and writing something about it for a
piece of a proposal.
So, in my 24 hours of actual use, I have found that the mobile site
and the iPhone app are the easiest ways to do most things. In the big
site, I found a lot of double speaking and other random VO behaviors
that, while not catastrophic, were far more annoying than the little
bug-a-boos on the mobile site.

I've tried Face book in its regular site in Safari, using its
mobile site in Safari, using the mobile site on my iPhone and using
the iPhone app to access it. It seems mostly accessible but, for
the life of me, I cannot find out where I can add personal
information like location city and other profile information.
Under "profile" I find nothing that sounds like it belongs under
that title but their definition and mine may vary.
Please help.
