Nichole:
When using VoiceOver with. Bluetooth headset, I noticed that if the connection
timed out, VO often would only transmit VO sounds to the headset, not speech. I
often had to turn VO off and restart it with CMD-F5 to fix this, but when I
reverted to a wired connection to my headset, that never happens. I haven’t
tested this with the latest Big Sur update, because it always freaks me out a
little when VO stops talking...
Some stuff is better, some worse; currently, I’m having a problem with
“workspaces,” which my blogging workplace uses to compile research notes and
web sources into blog posts, for example. Trello really does not work well,
either, but seems to work better on IOD. Same with Slack. *shrug* I also still
can’t get Mail sounds or any other system sounds, except the volume-change
clicks, to happen. It’s a crap shoot, all right.

Hi group,
I recently started bacK to work on my Mac mini which is a company computer.
I’ve noticed many changes in terms of accessibility. Voiceover no longer
works as smoothly with most applications as it did before. I am also noticing
that using headphones voiceover often does not read to me so I have to
disconnect the headphones, then reconnect them in order for it to read it.
This is especially true of the login screen. Navigation is no longer the same
for me on webpages and applications such as WebEx either. Has anyone else
noticed any changes with the latest update of macOS?
