Researching is a good thing but I researched the safari up date a while back and was the first to experience the vo crash. following that, others experienced it and thankfully it’s gone from safari in mavericks. The default topsites window which comes up when opening Safari threw me for a bit. I have not found a way to disable this so I just close it. I did find a difference in the rotor data on some websites. In particular, I use startpage.com for searching. The search results no longer show in the headings list, only in the links list now. A bit more cumbersome to deal with but I can live with it. I will research updates more carefully next time. I am not sure I would have updated to 6.1. If you have any suggestions on how to deal with the rotor changes, please share. <smile> take care, Leslie On Nov 2, 2013, at 4:21 PM, Edward Lewis Redfern <edwardredfern@xxxxxxx> wrote: from my testing, Safari 6.1 is reasonably stable, I’ve used it in Mountain lion, there a couple of differences in the way things are done, such as the use of a sidebar now for favourites, reading lists, etc. I hope this helps, I found it ok for use and was happy with it. lew On 2 Nov 2013, at 08:14 pm, Daniel McGee <venables134@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Hi all, just wondered for those who are still running Mountain Lion and the > latest Safari update were there problems that Voiceover users have been > experiencing?
