A recruiter told me that several years ago, someone submitted a resume and was
looking for
work. The fellow had just been released from prison and his entire work
experience had been
as a member of a gang. So he wrote a resume that described his gang experiences
and skills
(marketing, customer management, and so on.) He didn't lie about anything. He
simply stated
what he had done in the street gang. He got a job.
