As I recall, either you phoned my hotel room in T.O. in the middle of a chess
game I was having with Erin, or Erin phoned you in the middle of our chess
game. In either case, I cannot recall our conversation. However, it should be
noted that I do not recall complaining about the intelligibility of your
accent. Nor do I recall Phil lodging such a complaint. As I remember it, there
was a significant amount of static on the line and that prevented me from
hearing whatever it was that you wished to say to me, Erin and/or Phil.

Cheers,
