A forest ranger once told me that he saw an hawk catch a ground squirrel, fly
over to a
nearby pond, and then fly in a figure-8 (or infinity symbol) above the surface
of the pond,
while holding the squirrel under water.

Quite a clever hawk.

A.A. And quite a clever post.
