I'll reply to you and Paul tomorrow if my Net connection works for long
enough -- it's going through one of its "work twice as fast as it's supposed
to and collapse every five minutes" phases. To answer your questions I'd
have to address the differing approaches to "multiculturalism" and
"integration/assimilation" in the US and elsewhere, and that can't be done
fast...
