[liblouis-liblouisxml] specifying digraphs in libelous tables

Can someone quickly tell me how digraphs such as Gh are to be handled when the
local Braille code give them as a single sign? I am thinking:
always Gh 12456
always gh 12456
But have a feeling that is not right. Thank you for your help.
