Redirection does not work when using the lou_allround tool because you use it
in interpreter mode and it is very annoying when the test tools do not work
right.

On reproducing the bug, try passing in a string like (excluding quotes):
"k5 "

I get a wrong back translation when entering that in lou_translate when
invoked with command line:
lou_translate -b en-us-g2.ctb

Regarding log levels, I do not get the logging output with lou_translate
and the default level is INFO where as the messages should be going out
at DEBUG.

Yes it would be good to add options to the liblouis tools to configure
the log levels and optionally where to send the log output, but it feels
like low priority at the moment (IE. as output should not appear with
lou_translate and if it does redirection works).
