I mapped begcaps/endcaps to capsword/capswordstop. This looks to be more akin
to the old behavior. I will test this claim tomorrow.

When I say I never tested them I meant I have never tested the effect of
mapping begcaps/endcaps to firstlettercaps/lastlettercaps. I have tested
firstlettercaps and lastlettercaps. I believe that begcaps and endcaps should
be deprecated.

Problem: With the UEB patches, begcaps and endcaps appear to have no effect.

I mapped those opcodes to the firstlettercaps and lastlettercaps opcodes but
never had a chance to test them.

What are the semantics of these opcodes? That is, how do they compare to
capsword and capswordstop? Maybe begcaps/endcaps should be mapped to those
instead? I haven't tested firstlettercaps and lastlettercaps either, it could
be that they have the same behavior, which may very well be intentional.
