[liblouis-liblouisxml] Re: Orca needs a recent version of liblouis

Getting distributions to install liblouisutdml and keep the installation 
up to date is a good idea. How does one go about doing so? 

Incidentally, I think liblouisutdml must be in 
brailleblaster/dist/native/lib but the system will find liblouis.
