I tried setting like this:
# Braille indicators
numsign 3456 number sign, just a dots operand
multind 56-6 letsign capsign
letsign 56
capsign 6
begcaps 6-6
endcaps 6-3
firstwordital 46-46
lastworditalafter 46-3
lenitalphrase 4
firstletterital 46-2
lastletterital 46-3
firstwordbold 46-46
lastwordboldafter 46-3
begcomp 6-346
endcomp 6-346

copied from the info I sent you before. The results:

Multi words in Italic

double ital sign to start (46-46) - Correct
double end italic sign (46-3-46-3) - incorrect should be (46-3)

Single Italic word

double ital sign before (46-46) - incorrect should be (46)
end ital sign - incorrect should not be there

This version of liblouis is giving worse results that Bert's odt2braille. I
will see next week, if there isn't a new build by then, if I can extract his
xml2brl.exe etc.
