DEMedit updated to 0.4
0.4.0: Elevation channels can be shown resampled.
CMYK images supported (8 bits per channel).
HSL images supported (8 bits per channel, untested).
Half-pixel display/mouse error on top/left edges fixed.
Faster file loading.
Display resampling reports progress.
Document loading can be aborted.
Image channels can be enlarged.
Fixed problem with windows not getting refreshed sometimes.
Nicer status displays.
Selection extent reported.
View, Show commands fixed.
