DEMedit updated to 0.3.2
Internal coordsys class cleanup; supports
raster/flatland/georef'd coordsystems better.
Pasting geographically disallowed if current doc
or clipboard contents not georeferenced.
Copying puts best available coordsys data on
clipboard depending on document coordsys type.
Leveller heightfields openable using GDAL driver.
