DEMedit updated to 0.3.1
No longer opens color images as elevations
if only color data in file; displays error instead.
Added 'Flatland' coordinate system, which matches
Leveller's "world space" and lets ground axes and
elevations have independant scales. Elevations
can have different units from ground.
Unusable US State Plane zones ommitted from
zone choice lists.
Switching State Plane systems maintains zone
choice properly.
Gridpost spacing dialog offers corner anchoring
and easier axis direction switching.
