Sorry, my first message was blank.....
I've had a lot of success with my Velbon Carmagne 640 tripod, which
is carbon fiber. I use the Acratech head on it. It's a very solid
tripod for my Canon EOS, Hasselblad, or Pentax 67 camera systems. I
think it'd be overkill for a Leica. In any case, I have a bunch of
