It is hard to know anything for sure with computers :-), but I believe/recall that Win 98/IE 5.x has been known to sporadically change that setting without much provocation. When I have problems connecting I go to IE and see what the setting is, changing it back if necessary. Regarding Juno support suggestion: there is a saying that to a hammer, everything looks like a nail [or if you go to a surgeon, they tend to recommend cutting...]. In general, if you are not a certified expert or genius, to solve any computer problem, you try one thing, then another [rebooting is always a good idea, unless you suspect you have a virus], look around, ask around, try that advice, and, if worst comes to worst, there is always the format/reinstall route :-(.
