FWIW, that didn't do it ( v 4.00.950a) ... but.. after doing a "find"
within Registry... got another hit at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-> Software -> Microsoft -> Internet Explorer -> Main
Title bar now proudly announces "IE by Juno - SUCKS "...
I feel SO much better. ;-)
