Browsers are to access the Internet. As I recall, in order to use Juno 4 or 5, you have to have IE 5 (or 4?) onboard. Thus, even if these browsers would work when accessing the Internet via Juno, what would be the point? I think the comment was for using browsers with a DUN/PPP Internet access setup on slower computers.
