Hi Nicole, George, et al, I loaded the www.juno.com page and for me it shows a Free Internet tab on the right side of the screen with this bulleted list underneath. Free direct access to anywhere on the Internet for a full 10 hours each month? Free email account Reliable connections Thousands of access numbers Compatible with popular instant messaging programs including AOL Instant Messenger ICQ and Yahoo! I quickly scanned the HTML of their page, but I didn't see any trigger code to show dynamic content based on a cookie, browser history, or anything else. The above Free Internet sections seems to be hard-coded into a table. I just went through my Temporary Internet Files and it doesn't look like there is a persistent cookie. There is a temporary one used on their page, but it is deleted on exit (apparantly). Good to be back on the List. Hi Nicole, and All, Components such as the "floating ad banner" come to mind... those things that run when the "Free Internet Access" runs but, don't when the Premium account is running. I'm always a bit hesitant to reinstall too, but seems like you might want to bite the bullet and do as Juno suggests... AFTER backing everything up, of course. Or simply install into a new directory and see if the new installation works... then go from there. > Email on my free account is still works. > > Who's free web account is still working? Jim? Anybody? I have several free accounts and it's working with all I checked... although, admittedly, it's been a bit of a struggle to get connected some days. George Lunt ..... so. cal.
