Ad-aware seems to be better with that then is spybot so you might try that,
and check your add/remove programs for anything, different. A toolbar or
something. That's why I never let anyone touch my computers, I have a
brother who keeps doing that to my mother's computer and I let her borrow my
spare computer in the summer and he had that in the same shape inside a week
so now I keep telling them, if they want my old computer, it's for sale, if
she wants me to keep fixing her computer, $25/hour, doesn't do any good
though. I know the feeling. My computers are off limits to everyone except
me.
