Ok Judith;

In OE EXPRESS,

1. Go to Tools

2. Arrow down until you get to OPTIONS or,

3. You car arrow up until you hear OPTIONS or INTERNET OPTIONS

4. When you get there, you will be on the GENERAL tab

5. Right arrow until you reach the Signatures tab

Then, just follow the prompts

Afterwards, hit apply
