To get to the signature section.
All you do is:Ault & t go to options.
From there you hold the control key & tap the tab key about 5 times & you
are there.

I vaguely remember that the link to set up a signiture is on the tool bar in
outlook but I just went there and couldn't find it even in the options tab.
