Linda and list, lol I almost forgot that I posted about that script. This
script was written by Blake soon after the new year, it's just a quicker way
of accessing help balloon. But you're right Linda, all you need to do is
move to task bar and tab over to system tray, this is easily done with
windows xp.

When a balloon comes up, I go to the task tray and when I arrow down it
reads the spoken message about the balloon and I just press enter or if I
want it to go away, from the tray, I tab to cancel and and press enter

The balloons come up in the task list for me. I don't need a script. It's
