As for me and my house, we:
1. windows + "M"
2. tab 3 times to system tray
3. arrow to you hear balloon
4. hit space bar and you are there.
 
the balloon has always been the first thing I came to, so no right arrowing
is necessary.

hello, when you have a balloon,

go to the envisible curser by pressing the jaws curser twice quickly and
arrow up or down untill you find the balloon then press left mouse button to
click it.

The balloons come up in the task list for me. I don't need a script. It's 
been this way since 6.
