The easiest way to have Jaws read prior or next line without moving
the pc cursor is to use the laptop layout and use caps lock-u and
caps lock-o respectively, because this way you don't have to move
your hands from the keyboard. Of course, in standard desktop layout,
insert can substitute for the caps lock, and in fact, insert-u and
insert-o work in both layouts.
