It is possible to virtualize the window with insert, control and W. Then read as usual. When you exit that virtualization, the cursor is where you left off. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Philip Hall" <phall1246@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, July 30, 2006 9:51 AM Subject: reading prior or next line without moving pc cursor Hi. My wife is taking a jaws test for a job. There are 2 questions that I can not find the answers to. They both ask the key strokes to read the prior line or next line without moving the pc cursor. I know of no key stroke to do this without resorting to using the jaws cursor. Is there such a keystroke? Many thanks phil -- JFW related links: JFW homepage: http://www.freedomscientific.com/ Scripting mailing list: http://lists.the-jdh.com/listinfo.cgi/scriptography-the-jdh.com JFW List instructions: To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
