Re: question about my friend's computer

Press the start key (windows key) then arrow up to programs, enter on that,
press the letter s until you hear system tools, press enter on that arrow down
till you come to disc clean up, it will then ask you which drive choose the c
drive (if it says OK then just press enter as there's only one drive you will
want to clean up). You might want to run a disc defrag also which is located
right under the disc clean up. Hope this helps.

Um, question! Where could he find the computer management enable for him to
find disk defragmenter? I did tell him to defrag his machine by going to the
administrative tools in programs . He told me there was nothing called
administrative tools on his computer. I'd then asked him to go in to the
control panel to find disk defragmenter, or computer management, but nothing
had came up. Any ideas of where else he should go next to find the disk
defragmenter to defrag his computer? Please?

I also advised him to go and purchase the nod 32, and he did that. Also, he
just recently downloaded regscrub xp from the jfwlite website. That what we've
done so far. Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Hey vy,
Do you know the last time he either did a disc clean up & or a defrag?
    Some times that helps out.
Once I get your answer I'll think of something else to try.

did not anounce what type of errors messages it got, only thing it said was
send don't send buttons. Any suggestions on how he could fix this problem,
please?

He also has some documents that need to be copied from his e-mail to
Word, but the computer just wouldn't do it. Any help would be very much
appreciated.

      Thanks everyone.
