Hi Rodan,

my friend is currently using windows xp on a labtop. He said, whenever he tried
to open any programs, such as Word, internet explorer, kurzweil ect. For a
while, his computer would display some kinds of error messages, and he did not
tell me what kind of messages he got. He had tried to defrag his computer, but
it didn't help. I'd showed him to go on to the jfwlite and download the
regscrub, still no luck. He is using the nod 32 antivirus program.

Anything else that he should try? Please?

Thanks.

Um, question! Where could he find the computer management enable for him to
find disk defragmenter? I did tell him to defrag his machine by going to the
administrative tools in programs . He told me there was nothing called
administrative tools on his computer. I'd then asked him to go in to the
control panel to find disk defragmenter, or computer management, but nothing
had came up. Any ideas of where else he should go next to find the disk
defragmenter to defrag his computer? Please?

I also advised him to go and purchase the nod 32, and he did that. Also, he
just recently downloaded regscrub xp from the jfwlite website. That what we've
done so far. Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Vy

      Hey vy,
Do you know the last time he either did a disc clean up & or a defrag?
      Some times that helps out.
Once I get your answer I'll think of something else to try.

He also has some documents that need to be copied from his e-mail to
