Hi Juie,

What e-mail program do you have? Is it Outlook or Outlook Express by any
chance? Hmm, I wonder why it's saying included all the time. A similar thing
happened to me where it would say that the program performed an illegal
operation while I read messages. I closed Jaws and restarted it and that seemed
to fix the problem. Also, I set my punctuation settings to some I believe. But
you're correct, it does disrupt the flow if you have it set to most. I hope
this helps!

Marissa

  Hello list!

Sorry for my ignorance if it is. But when ever I reade E-mail messages, I
always encounter ">>>" included in the text. My JAWS keeps on saying this while
it reads the E-mail's content.

Why is it happening? How can I remove it if it can be? I also did choose the
panctuation settings and I went for "None". It is effective but I don't prefer
using this kind of settings because it affects the fluency and the reading
accuracy as well as its ability to give you the highest quality in terms of
screen reading. Can anyone give me the solution for this mini problem that I am
having?

  Thank you!
