netflicts

Hello all,
My wife is trying to use netflics to watch movies on line, and we keep getting a drm error message anytime wwe try to view a movie. We have already ran the drm reset utility many many times, with and with out jaws running, does anyone have any tips on how we can get her watching netflics on line? 
Because all we are getting at this time is the same error message.
