Re: jaws 10 freezingin the my computer and documents and settings

This appears to be a Windows XP and JAWS 10 issue since I can't duplicate it here with Vista and JAWS 10.

ok, i have been having the problem with jaws 10 where when going into the my computer and local c and then documents and settings and either pressing the 
letter of the folder i want or arrowing to it jaws 10 freezes up and does
not respond  until 5 minutes later.
with out jaws 10 running it does not do this what is happening and how can 
i fix it?
