Hi,
When I recently upgraded from JAWS 9 to JAWS 12, the authorization key did not
change.
Check that out. If you’re running JAWS 9, your authorization key should be on
the computer, and will appear in the field when you try to authorize JAWS 11 or
12.

Sorry, when I got this new version of Windows on a new drive, Jaws 9 was
selected as the default. I have CD's for Jaws 11 and/or 12, but not sure if I
can find the authorization key to activate. I'll try when I get the "round
tuit".

Are you sure you're using JAWS 11 or 12?
Home row hasn't been toggled with Insert+Space for some versions back now.
