Douglas,
One reason is the operating system one is on such as XP, Vista or W7.
Another factor is exactly which version of JAWS are we talking about.
Some things which work on my XP laptop do *NOT* work on my W7 laptop and
both are running the same version of JaWS 11.

On my computer, insert+s toggles screen echo, insert+space toggles Homerow
Mode on/off. Pressing all three keys does nothing. Why was this keystroke
suggested? How can it work for some but not for all?
