Track Changes in Microsoft Word

Is there someone out there who can walk me through how to do this with JAWS?
A coworker used track changes and made changes to the document, and JAWS
sort of read it all jumbled. I had trouble figuring out how the document
should read. And how do I accept those changes, if I approve them? What if
I only want to accept certain changes?
