Hi Chip,

This is wonderful information.  Now I know how to do this, I don't dread
documents with Track Changes anymore.

Laura,

Your problem is a Word setting one, not a JAWS setting one.  You need to
change the Word tracked changes view so that it does not show you revisions
(you need to set it to "final" in otherwords).

This is on the "reviewing" toolbar, so first, check under the View |
toolbars choice and make sure the reviewing toolbar is turned on.  Then,
access it and the first control is "display for review" and is a list box
with four choices; the one you want is "final" if you want to see the
document as it is, without seeing/hearing the changes others have made.
