Hit the alt key to go to the menu bar and then do a control + alt and it
puts you in the tool bar and then you can errow from button to button and
then hit escape to get back to your main edit area.

I have been looking at the various bars on the screen lately. I can cope
with the menu bar, but how do I access the tool bar and what is it on it?
