Need some help guys:

Today I downloaded an ebook from ebookmall.com. I got as far as
downloading the file and got this message:

Alert: Protection Failure

Can someone please tell me what I need to do to correct this problem?
What settings does Adobe need to be on? I am using Adobe 7 and JAWS
7.1.

Thanks in advance.
