Hi Derek.

It's great that you are thinking about accessibility like this. But, you don't need to worry in this instance. Jaws can be told by the user to read all, most, some or no punctuation. Just punctuate your document the usual way you would for anybody else and let the Jaws user decide for him or herself how they want to hear it spoken. If they lower the level of punctuation spoken, they won't hear the brackets, parentheses, or whatever else you decide to use. Jaws defaults to speak "most" punctuation but this is easily changed by the user.
