Hi jaws 5.0 will not support msn messenger at all. If your friend is using
windows xp then she will have windows messenger.
This works with the Microsoft pass port system which is the same system
being used by msn messenger or windows live messenger.
Skype should work fine with jaws 5.0 all versions. See the jaws hq site for
information on how to download scripts for this program and others.

I'm doing this for a friend of mine ,so I can forward her the information
from you. She have jaws 5 and she download msn messenger 7.0 or 8.0 and
skype version 3.1 and her jaws and braille display is not working by jaws
not saying anything.Do you know what she need to do? Do you think jaws 5
doesn't support msn messenger 7.0 or 8.0 and skype version 3.1? The answer
will be appreciate if you could help my friend.
